Our Story
For years, Chef Janelle Romeo fed East Austin from the window of Shirley’s Trini Cuisine, parked on this very corner of Rosewood Avenue. In September 2025, she moved just across the street. Same corner, deeper roots, opening a bright, welcoming restaurant serving the dishes she grew up eating in Trinidad and Tobago.
